Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our work is highly customised, creative, and involves significant time, skilled labour, and resources from the outset, our refund policy reflects the nature of bespoke professional services.

Please note: Eveningstar Productions is a professional services company. We do not sell physical products. This policy governs services rendered — including video production, film direction, editing, and related creative services.

All confirmed projects require a non-refundable advance payment (typically 50% of the agreed project fee) before production commences. This advance covers:
